Ensure you have submitted all information successfully so your order ships on time. Incomplete orders will be placed on hold until all details are received. After two attempts to contact the buyer, through your email, if we are not able to proceed with your order, seller has the right to cancel incomplete orders.
*** Please note that we can only estimate and cannot guarantee shipping times. After the package is initially scanned, it means it has left our hands. If it is missing an update or showing as delayed, it does not mean your package is lost. It means it is moving slowly. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable, MGCBK will make every effort to locate your package by providing all relevant shipping information. MGCBK cannot be held responsible for a missing package or delivery delays with USPS. It is your responsibility to file a claim on a missing/lost package. If your item is undeliverable due to moving or providing the incorrect address, additional postage will need to be purchased. Partial refund (50% of original purchase price to recover supply cost. Shipping cost will not be refunded) will be provided for unclaimed items after 100 business days.
